What's Not Included
Please note that MWR Guest Card holders do not have access to Category A facilites, including:
- Santiago Fitness Center
- SFC Pool
- Any other Cat A activity or fitness facility.
These are reserved exclusively for authorized base patrons.
Who is Eligible?
- U.S. Citizens, ages 18 and up
- Must pass a criminal history background check
- Minors (17 and under) must be accompanied at all times by an adult MWR Gust Card Holder and listed on the back of the card.
Annual Fee: $20.00 per person.
How to Apply
1. Pre-Enroll in DBIDS
- Visit: DBIDS PreEnrollment (dmdc.mil)
- Under "Base Sponsor", Enter MWR for first and last name.
- Set the End Date for on year from your enrollment date (e.g., if enrolling on 6/9/2025, enter 6/9/2026)
- Take a screenshot or write down your Enrollment Code.
2. Complete the MWR Acknowledgment Statement
- Download the form here.
- List names and ages of any dependents under 17 you will be escorting.
3. Submit Your Info vie Email to: KNGV-MWRBAF@us.navy.mil include:
- Your Enrollment Code
- Driver's License number and state
- Your phone number
- Completed MWR acknowledgment Statement
4. Wait for Approval
- Background check take up to 10 business days.
- Once cleared, we will contact you to schedule your fingerprinting and photo appointment at Pass & Tag.
IMPORTANT:
Bring your state-issued photo ID and your Social Security card to your appointment. Names must match on both.
Renewing your MWR Guest Card?
If your MWR Guest Card is expiring soon or has recently expired, you will need to reapply, but the process is simpler - no fingerprinting required.
Follow These Steps:
1. Complete DBIDS Pre-Enrollment
- Visit: DBIDS PreEnrollment (dmdc.mil)
- Under "Base Sponsor", Enter MWR for first and last name.
- Set the End Date for on year from your enrollment date (e.g., if enrolling on 6/9/2025, enter 6/9/2026)
- Take a screenshot or write down your Enrollment Code.
2. Update Your MWR Acknowledgment Statement
- Download the form here.
- Update names and ages of any dependents under 17 you will be escorting.
3. Email your Documents to KNGV-MWRBAF@us.navy.mil Include:
- Your Enrollment Code
- Driver's License number and state
- Your phone number
- Completed MWR acknowledgment Statement
Please allow up to 10 business days for processing.
If no additional background clearance is needed, your renewal will be processed without needing to return to Pass & Tag!
MWR Staff will be in contact with your to set up a time to pick up your new card.
