"24 hour access door not working"
Thank you so much for reporting this issue. We have repaired the scanner and have a keypad avialble just in case it goes down again.
"There has been no hot water for two weeks and now no WiFi."
Unfortunately, a cable for our WiFi was cut while a building was being demolished acrossed the street. It took some time, but we are happy to report that the issue has ben resolved.
