Meet Your Instructor

Classes are led by Instructor & Lifeguard Natalie Martinez, who brings energy, encouragement, and a safe, supportive environment to every session. You’ll be guided through movements that improve strength, balance, and endurance without feeling overwhelming.

What to Bring

  • Water shoes are encouraged for traction and comfort

  • A water bottle

  • A great attitude

All supplies are provided, and the class is free for eligible patrons.
