RAINN is the nation’s largest anti-sexual violence organization and leading authority on sexual violence. It is a dynamic organization comprised of experts in victim services, public education, public policy, consulting services, and technology. Their team works together to provide best-in-class services for survivors, inform and educate the nation about sexual violence, and improve the public policy and criminal justice response to sexual violence.
NOVA's mission is to champion dignity and compassion for those harmed by crime and crisis. Founded in 1975, NOVA is the oldest national victim assistance organization. NOVA's website provides links to crime victim compensation links and crime victim rights, including addressing financial crimes and emotional trauma. There is a State Compensation List, from which victims of crime can obtain guidance and information pertinent to their state.
